Why Almost Everyone in Russia Has a Dash Cam

This ties in with another Sandbox thread from several months ago.

I suspect dash cams will become more prevalent elsewhere. There have been times when one would have been useful to me.

i like watching their compilations on youtube.  some squeakily narrow escapes for some.
