Antigua has had a long and ongoing dispute with the USA over a breach of trade agreements.
The USA has to date refused to settle or lift the 'ban' causing the dispute.
This is going on since 2003

http://www.wto.org/english/tratop_e/dispu_e/cases_e/ds285_e.htmRecently the WTO, who adjudicates on such things, gave a ruling that (as I understand it) because the USA was not compensating Antigua, that Antigua will have the right to suspend any and all USA copyrights, so they can rake back what the USA should have paid them --- up to $21 million per annum.
This means that Antigua can sell and/or give away USA copyrighted media such as movies, music etc etc.
So ...... are we to see 'legal' file sharing of USA copyrighted media files from Antigua? ...... maybe .... or maybe the USA will finally pay up what they owe.

If there are to be comments on this subject, which is the result of a breach of a trade agreement, do try to keep the political side of it out of your posts ..... else this thread gets locked or pulled altogether.
The big question, IMO, is ...... will we see such a file sharing site from Antigua?
