and this one:

Password Protection for Google Chrome Bookmarks

If you use a common system, up until now you could not save sensitive bookmarks in your browser for fear of them being discovered by other users. No more. Google Chrome has provided its users with the ability to protect their bookmarks from prying eyes through its latest “Secure Bookmarks” extension.

Once users install this add-on, it is visible as a small star icon next to the address bar of the browser. You have to set a password right away to protect your bookmarks. Then you can easily go to your favorite sites and click on the icon to mark them on your Chrome browser. At any time, you can left-click on the icon and choose from the drop-down menu that is displayed to select any particular website that you have saved. The site is displayed in the same tab. You have to hold down the CTRL key and left-click on the bookmarked website to display it in a new tab.
