Do you guys remember all the spin offs from Andy Griffith?

There was..

Petticoat Junction,
Mayberry RFD,
Gomer Pyle,
The Beverly Hillbilly's,

....

Any More?

OH!,, and Green Acres! What the heck was I thinking? LOL

Sam Drucker's pharmacy tied most of them together when a character was not directly involved and Jethro's aint was one of the characters on Petticoat Junction.

The only one that didn't maintain character relationships was "Mayberry RFD" but it was definitely a spin off because "Mayberry" is a fictitious town.

There is no such place in North Carolina. ;)

I just thought of one more possibly related "spin off"  (The Reluctant Astronaut) Staring Don Knotts.

It seems that in the movie, he is from Mayberry, but his character in the movie is not the deputy of Mayberry.  ;D ;D

Barney Fife was one of the funniest characters I ever saw.  That whole series was pure gold. 8)
And even now fifty years later it's still one of the most popular shows on tv.

Barney Fife - Nip It5.flv
There is a 5th dimension, beyond that which is known to man.It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity, between science& superstition,& it lies between the pit of man's fears and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination. It is an area which we call PCLINUXOS!
