both have similar divisions and both are worldwide know, very powerful and with really interesting technology
what 3M doesn't have afik is a medical/pharmaceutical division in the way umbrella has
i hope no company has something similar now, had in the past or will have in the future, we have enough with chemical weapons, nuclear weapons, biological weapons and all sorts of weapons already out there to get a t or g virus killing and then mutating corpses into zombies
