Having installed 2013.02 over 2012.08 I have been having strange problems with kmail!
Paypal has some 5 emails inside, but they are now un-readable, un-movable and un-deletatble.
Since I cannot see them in .local/share/local-mail, how can I get access to these files either to read or to print them?
This also happens in RC1.
I have cured the problem of having emails appear after clicking on the inbox, or on archiving the entire Local Folders.
Already seen emails would suddenly appear again.
Has anyone else seen either of these problems?

I have found that once the system has been updated to the new system,(2013.02) this folder is not recoverable by an older system (2012.08)
Your thoughts on this subject greatfully received.
