I haven't used BibleTime for awhile. I did a fresh install on my new 64bit install and all went well.

What works did you select?
I chose Bibles/English then specified KJV.
Is your network connection ok?

John, I do   not get that far. I check and I got the same version you have. When I go to configure,Configure bookshelf manager it brings up the wizard. I try to add it goes thru and searches,  then all the highlights just lock up. Tell ya what, I am going to do a uninstall/reinstall and see if I can get it going that way. I could be a bad download but in a year I have not encountered that. But anything can happen.
tks I'll Keep you updated.

When I installed first Bible works, the work pane was empty. I reloaded with the green curly arrow at the end of the filter area. It loaded a huge list of Bibles & reference matl. I narrowed my Bible down to JKV & all OK.

Are you able to see the Works?
