installing new language

First of all I want to say thanks for the quick, professional help for the problems I had before.

Second, I searched wiki and the forum for "installing new language" - nothing to be found.
I'll be glad to be directed somewhere I'm sure It's allready written.

If you mean written/spoken language (as opposed to programming language  )
