I am having issues of connecting to PCLOSMAG.COM's website.

The URL times out with a parsing error (don't remember the exact error)and when I pinged the URL, the ping times out.  The IP address reported back to me is 190.120.232.165; I hope that's correct.  Ran a trace route and the last IP address reported back before timing out and failing is 200.35.144.14.

Is the pclosmag.com website down?

Yes it is down at the current time.  The issue lies with our upstream provider and we are working on getting it working. I do not yet have a ETA for complete system restoration.
