are installed instead of 4.9.2 version ones

Well...you do seem to be correct:

However, a quick search through Synaptic (using "config", "multimedia" and "graphics") reveals that these (mostly meta?) packages do not currently have 4.9 equivalents, yet.
Still en route, I presume.

Are they causing you issues (on your PC)?

Everything here seems to be running fine, so I'm inclined to leave them be...if there are 4.9.* (or later) versions coming down the pipe, they'll update as required.  If you remove them, those updates (and, possibly, subsequent dependencies, esp. for any meta-packages) will not occur...
