Solved. Some LXDE menu items still show German descriptions.

The only listings that I see the German descriptions are the ones in the first post.  All others appear in English.  I pm'd the results of rpm -qa | sort -f, per your request.

Maybe i was fixed it in the past, but forgotten to upload.

New package arrived, complete with English descriptions for lxuptime.  I wound up removing skippyxd, so marking this as solved.
