It doesn't matter.

Swimming with penguins is like visiting an old folks home with bacon flavored baby food and some straws.

Don't do it!!  ;D ;D ;D

My lip reading skills are a bit rusty but I'm sure I saw one of them on the shore say to his mate:

" we are pretty safe, Orca will grab that silly black seal before he gets us"!!!
:)

Everyone, once in their life should visit this majestic place - you have not seen the pure beauty of nature until you have seen Antarctica!

I've swum with whales. I would like to try the penguins. I would do that in a heartbeat. I'm crazy you know. Now if I could only find someone to pay for the trip.  ::) :D

I believe I've seen shows highlighting both of them snacking on seals and penguins.
....and don't forget Leopard seals, 10 ft long plus some serious teeth that make short work of its prey.
Plan to be spontaneous tomorrow.

"Killer Whales" aka Orcas, are very social in their behavior and develop separate "colonies".

Individual "colonies" often specialize in particular types of prey. Some colonies feed exclusively on fish, while others hunt marine mammals such as sea lions, seals, walruses or penguins (not to imply that a penguin is a mammal ;) ).

Humans are simply not on their menu and being that they are technically "Dolphins", they are smart enough to recognize when something is not on the menu.

By contrast, a shark will bite into anything that's alive (or not) and close enough to bite into.  ;D

(Dang-it! I spend too much time at the Discovery Channel)  LOL

I'm sure the author of that theory is eager to probe it by swimming in a bank of fishes or a group of seals of penguins while the Orcas are feeding  ;)
