I don't have 2 sliders, Do You have this sliders?

Those are simple on-off functions, so they don't need sliders.

I have the surround sound sliders, on mine there is two slide controls, probably left and right, but not the Mic Boost (+20dB). I use a SB Live 5.1 Digital PCI sound Card.
