Bootsplash scrolled when plug-in HDMI Cable
« on: January 17, 2013, 02:50:20 AM »
Hy there,
PCLinuxOS is connected to an Acer screen with 1600x900 Resolution. No problem at all. I recently connected a HDMI Cable which connects PC to TV 1360x768 Res. to watch movies on the TV screen. that also works without a problem. So when I start PCLinuxOS the bootsplash is scrolled away, you see the bootsplash and also a second, small blue wallpaper. Not a big thing, but could I add some boot parameters to correct this "problem". Grub menu.list quiet vmalloc=256M acpi=on resume=UUID=e7e4c5af-caef-4e85-85b1-b1aaa40bde73 splash=silent vga=788. Already tried to change vga value, but that doesn´t help.

Thanks for your help
