I tried re-installing, restarting - nothing helped.

I tried to change the Dolphin Preferences. But without success. While other services shut down-connected without a problem. I have KDE 4.9.2 from the repository.

It may be that the repository instead of a new version has been re-loaded the old? Random mistake.

Excellent. ;)
The next step - the rejection of KDE. Console as the console.

With the lxde right click menu is it a puzzle, sometimes it shows anything, and sometimes nothing ;)

I use here open with ..., and this works ever.
