Repos not working

Here is what I get

I checked both sites and pclinuxos no longer listed at ftp.vim.org.  ftp.heanet.ie is now apparently this:

http://ftp.heanet.ie/pub/pclinuxos/apt/pclinuxos/2010/base/pkglist.main.bz

I assume I can just change the ftp.heanet repo, but what do I do about ftp.vim?  Or am I missing something really simple and easy?
