I think the one that is closest to your location so to have better download speeds.
But before selecting a mirror please read this:

That wiki page is outdated and is in the process of being revised. The reason being the above thread linked by agmg.

Safest to switch to the ibiblio mirror right now and wait for the updated apt-sources-list package to land in your updates through ibiblio. Then switch to the nearest / fastest one.
Packaging well will cure headaches of many :) But learning to package will cause headaches in many :(

AMD AthlonX2 3600+/ASUS M2NPV-VM/ATi HD4670/Onboard sound/3.5GB DDR2-533 RAM/SEAGATE 160+320GB HDD/DELL S2240L FullHD/Creative SBS370 2.1/PCLinuxOS2013/KDE4
Samsung NP305U1-A06IN | Nokia E6

ibiblio worked for me without modifying the address line while nluug did not.
For a new user right now until you push out that apt-sources-update, it seemed safer to just switch the mirror. Thats all.

Thanks folks

I've used the following which worked without issue.

rpm http://ftp.nluug.nl/pub/os/Linux/distr/pclinuxos/ megagames megagames

rpm http://ftp.nluug.nl/pub/os/Linux/distr/pclinuxos/pclinuxos/apt/ pclinuxos/2010 main updates nonfree kde games xfce4

I assume there will be a 2012 repository available soon?

The 2010 repository is the correct one. PCLinuxOS is a rolling release. As long as you keep your system up to date you will have the most current install.  Do not let the 2010 part fool you.  If your system is up to date you have the most current release installed, which would be 2012.12
