Logitech MX 5500 numlock
« on: January 19, 2013, 03:09:22 AM »
With the bluetooth upgrade a while back, I have lost use of the number pad to the right of the keyboard.  This keyboard does not come with a numlock key (????).  The numbers over the letters work fine.  The number pad only works when I am holding shift while pressing a number.

I have tried using a few different keyboard selections in configure your desktop, and it may work for a few minutes, but it goes back to not working.

I went into Configure Your Desktop/Hardware/Input Devices/Keyboard/Advanced under caps lock key behavior, selected make caps lock an additional num lock.  The number pad now toggles with the caps lock, but now I don't have a caps lock.  I also don't know if this is a permanent fix.

Is there a way to assign another key that I don't use on this keyboard to toggle the numlock?
