Oracle Java 7 10 Install

Is there a guide to Install Oracle Java 7.10 ? If so, could someone point me in the right direction.

Use Synaptic to install java and any other software you need. Be sure you are fully updated before installing any additional software.     
Installing anything from outside our repository results in a nonstandard/unsupported system.
