[PACKAGED] Rekonq 2.0 - Is it OK?

There is a pending request for Rekonq 2.0 in package requests. Though it looks above my current level of knowledge, I have just tried updating the existing .spec file. It builds fine with a lot of warnings for the developer.

I had to comment out lines regarding kwebapp because glob could not find files.

It installs fine as an upgrade to earlier versions and uninstalls cleanly without pulling out anything else.
