Is there a way to change the default Plymouth theme ?
« on: January 07, 2013, 06:49:16 AM »
Gentlemen,

I am working in a re-master, but I would need to change the default Plymouth theme.
Since I make the re-master, when the re-master installs, it gets back to the default Plymouth theme.
I  wanted to make it, after the install, assume the theme I've set.
Is there anyway to make it so ?

Thanks in advance,

Best regards,

Check in Synaptic for ezswitch, use that to change the theme you want, keep only one theme for the remaster, then that should be used.
good luck,

Hummm, I did that. And, when the re-master boots, it displays the loading bars in the bottom of the screen...  :'(
Only if I manually change, with EZswitch, the theme I've set is displayed.
