Install Superkaramba theme from commandline?

Generally Superkaramba themes can be installed in a KDE setup by using Add widgets > Get new widgets > Install widget from local file.

How can this be accomplished from commandline?

I am asking this question because there is a good system monitor theme called Crystal Monitor which I would try to package.
