Almost...a nice pork roast turning in my Showtime oven ("Set it and forget it!").  I got the oven for Christmas.:)

It was wonderful!  It came out nice and juicy. Wow!  Plenty of leftovers for sandwiches, too!

Having said that, I gave it a little extra time to cook due to it being pork.  Had I trimmed the time a bit it would have been even juicier. But I like to err on the side of caution when cooking pork.:)  I didn't make any gravy, though.  The pork gravy mixes have chicken stock in 'em and I don't eat ANY chicken on New year's Day (scratch away your luck).  It was pork, red potatoes, and sauerkraut (potatoes and sauerkraut were done in the slow cooker).

I don't think undercooking pork a little bit is as bad as it used to be.
