gnumeric 1.12.0-1 cannot work
« on: December 31, 2012, 09:59:58 AM »
hey, when the version was 1.10, my gnumeric works well.

Today, I just updated it to 1.12, then it always collapse when I try to open file.
Gnumeric will close when I type Ctrl+O, or when I click File -> Open, the info given by the system is "Trace/breakpoint Trap".

what is the matter? Any one have the same experience?

I don't use gnumeric, but one thing you can do is start it from a terminal and run the program. when you get the error, post the results.

Hi,

Better make a post in the "broken packages" forum.

Seems to be related to the goffice package that was
upgraded at the same time but I don't have a clue why the
schema file doesn't exist.

thanks for the post on it.

May not be a bug. I am using 1.12.0 with only one minor problem. Min/Max/Close buttons are missing from the upper right corner.
