[Solved] No Sound in Youtube

omarlink - A while back I had the same problem with an Acer Aspire One laptop, I was able to play sound from everywhere except youtube.  Not sure if this will help you but my fix appears at the end of this thread.

sorry but i dont know how to show hidden files help please?

From the View menu of the file manager (such as Dolphin) tick "Show Hidden Files" .....  or something similar with other file managers.

When playing a video right-click on the picture and uncheck "Hardware Acceleration".

You should be able to toggle between showing/hiding hidden files by pressing the F8 key. Otherwise it's in the "View" menu as Just17 said

by the way with the compiz some effects wont hapen with animations like "burn" when closing a window
