Sorry if I'm wrong saying that you need a GUI to use pcc or draknfs, but as you said that you did not try, I prefered to do a secure way that I understand. This computer is 90km far from me, and I should not like to have to take my car to go quickly repair it !
As I have no PCLinuxOS box here, I'll not try (yes, I know : I could install one on some VM...). But if it's actually possible to configure nfs with those tools using a simple SSH connexion, maybe you could complete
the tuto that I did 
Anyway, I think that it is also one strength of Linux to be configurable with a simple text editor, and for those who are not afraid by the command line, it seems more understandable and secure. For peeling potatoes, you can use a sophisticated machine : you'll be fast and efficient ! But for only one small potatoe, I prefer to use a knife. Isn't it my right ?
