Chili is cooking.:)  2 hours down, 4 to go!

I threw in a potato to help thicken things up. I got a nice big Idaho baking potato. I cleaned and peeled it then cut into cubes.:)  Plus, I like potatoes!:)

Also, I read where kidney beans should be drained, then I read where you should throw them in, juice and all. I opted for the latter. I added a can of chili beans, again undrained.

I'm using a prepared cooking liner with all the spices and herbs already in place. I added, meat, potato, tomato sauce, and beans.

We'll see.:)
Toonfully,

Call me crazy if you like, but I like to add sliced mushrooms to my chili.

@ joechimp....  Funny!!!

Well, I didn't get any appliances for Christmas, but I made this ... apple....

Tastes pretty good too.....         ;D ;D

Very nice Meemaw!!!  Served with a scoop of Vanilla Bean ice cream or slice of American cheese melted on top.

Very good, but you have to try it with chocolate ice cream.
