Chili is cooking.

I threw in a potato to help thicken things up. I got a nice big Idaho baking potato. I cleaned and peeled it then cut into cubes.

Plus, I like potatoes!:)
Also, I read where kidney beans should be drained, then I read where you should throw them in, juice and all. I opted for the latter. I added a can of chili beans, again undrained.
I'm using a prepared cooking liner with all the spices and herbs already in place. I added, meat, potato, tomato sauce, and beans.
We'll see.
