You shouldn't need any special permission to view the page... Can you get to any of the other pages on the site ?  If not please PM me your IP address  http://displaymyip.com   and I will have a look and see what is going on with it.

Still missing Belgium http://www.pclinuxos.be (although we control both domain names and they point to the same site)
