<Solved only Partially>Synaptic in 2012.12

Synaptic  behaves strangely in 2012.12.
I get a lot of APT transactions errors,but I have no green tick available
Also doing a Reload does not bring in any more updates.
So it must be in 'synaptic' the the error occurs.

Sorry, no can do.
The error only occurs occasionally but the next time I will get a screen print of the errors.

APT System reports:
