Tony fun life and moderation can't go in the same sentence unless you are telling a joke
what Just17 has more sense to me, the thing is to have a good plan and think how many years we want to live
@Tony
Remember:
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Chardonnay in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!!"

True Crow, and Just 17; however I found dying at 35 from having a little way, way too much fun, not such a good idea, so have moderated my habits, and are presently 53, and proud to have made it, even though probably in a different reality to most.

Bald Brick, your cardiovascular exercise makes a lot of sense, your a real Gentleman.

Merry Christmas to all, a happy snifter or two of the hard stuff, and if the smoke takes your fancy, partake that too.
