KDE Log-in Screen Order

I want to change the order of my users that log into KDE.  I went to Configure Your Desktop>Login Screen and ten the users tab.  I see lots of options, but nothing that allows me to set up my own order.  All I want to do is set my user account at the top.  O I could simply change the login theme.

I did change the theme.  I switched form Texstar's default KDE Login theme which I have to scroll through to the Circles theme which displays a list of users to the left.  Now, all I need do is highlight the user and type in their password.  Saves me from scrolling.

Luckily I only have my wife's account and my own. The root and "testuser" accounts are hidden so that the two mostly required users are always shown. If I use one of those, I have to type the user id myself.

I guess this makes sense for many people here, but - as in your case - it's necessary to switch to another theme for some.

Well, I have the root account a visitor account and I created an account for LXDE and other desktop environments sp it won't mess up KDE settings in my main account like last time.

So, I have a list and got tired of scrolling down to my account.

I did the same a couple of weeks back after spending some time trying to figure out what controls the order.  It would be nice to have my account and my wife's visible with Root hidden.

The standard ksplash orders users by alphabet.

@russell.eberhardt: if you simply want to hide users so that only two are visible, you can do this in System Settings ("Control Your Desktop") => System Administration => Login Screen. Go to tab "Users" and check those you want to hide. Press OK, enter your root password, and your done.
