He is being "nosey"... Trying to figure out what type of cheesecake we like.

ummm,  I would take whatever cheesecake I could get. I like them all!  ;)

I used to be a cook when I was 18 or so.  Whenever I was hungry, I used to punch the cheesecake so we could not serve it. Man, I put on a few pounds.  To the original question, plain.

Cheesecake, yummy. Occassionally ...

I remember my Mum making a beautiful Pavlova, with cream about two inches thick, and Strawberries on top.
