I agree.
The entire album in my opinion, has been largely overlooked.
The "foresight" that Jeff Lynne had while creating this album was nothing short of genius.
(
Few know that Jeff Lynne was basically the soul creator of everything ELO did)
A side note,, - the first time I heard this album I was,, how should I say... in an enhanced state.
Needless to point out, it had an impact.
It will always be one of my top ten favorite albums of all "time". LOL

It's a beautiful work of contemporary conceptional art.
