Weight loss -- don't know how much exactly I've lost, but my 42 waist jeans no longer come anywhere near to fitting. When I went to the store to get more coffee, milk and some food the other day, I stopped in at Fred's. 36 waist now fits me.
Generally I eat small portions - maybe 3 times a day, more when possible. LOL Mostly there's no time for large portions.

i reached size 37, no idea if same measure we are talking about in pants

now size 32 needs a really tight belt or a shameful accident will happen  :-[   ;D

"Generally I eat small portions - maybe 3 times a day, more when possible. LOL Mostly there's no time for large portions.  "

have you ever tried to eat 5 times per day?  the idea of do that is accelerate your system so you burn more fast what you eat needing smaller portions, some people can't do it but i did it for almost a year with good results, i ended up loosing 55 pounds, should loose another 10 but i'm afraid of become half the man i was  ;D

i was trying to find locally a similar unit you bought op but none similar, only online, more expensive and only at 1300w

reading about the unit, it says that if you put aluminum foil over the surface you will destroy the unit because the aluminum foil will melt

I once lost 90 lbs in 90 days.  The secret was that I quit sugar and rode a bicycle for at least two hours a day.  Of course I was about 13 at the time, so I had no real responsiblities or had anyone expecting me to do a lot.

I once lost 120 lbs in a single day... my wife ran off with another guy. There is a God, and he loves me, 'cause she's the other guy's problem now!!  ;D ;D

Damn, it's been peaceful around here since.  ;D
