[Solved] Problem with Nepomuk and indexing

I have problems with Nepomuk and the indexing of my chosen folder including kmail. I cannot search for e-mails in kmail (shows no results) and indexing stops (inactive) after a while with no error message. I already deleted Nepomuks database and started re-indexing the folders, but indexing stopped again after a while. Testing Akonandi-Server gives me an error message: Nepomuk Query Server not available.
I found a thread in the KDE forums and one guy mentioned reinstalling the MySQL stake as a solution. I am a bit hesitant to do so, because I don't exactly how to reinstall all decencies and how this would actually effect my whole system.

Any thoughts on that?

Disable (( or uninstall )) Nepomux.
Try Recoll , ( not sure if Recoll does pdf and email )

I am actually using Recoll and it does a nice job including e-mail and pdf, but it would be good at least for convenience sake to have an fully functional integrated option like Nepomuk. Will look into re-installing Nepomuk.

I found a solution for my problem.

1) deactivated Nepomuk in settings
2) deleted .kde4/share/apps/nepomuk/ and all Nepomuk related files in .kde4/share/config/
3) rebooted
4) reconfigured Nepomuk to my liking in settings.

That did the trick for me and Nepomuk is indexing as it is supposed to be.
