Problem with Google music manager

Hi, since 2 day ago I have this problem with G.music manager "Connection to Service Failed. Check your internet connection and try again."
I have reboot the Pc and reinstal the aplication buy I have the problem yet.

How can I resolve this problem?

I know nothing of the application ......  never even knew it existed until I read this thread .....

can you try using it from another user account to see if it is some user setting that is corrupted?

Possibly a issue with your Google log in acct., try logging out of your Google acct completely then log back in and try again. If that doesn't help if you use Chrome browser try clearing your cache "from the beginning of time", then log out and back in.
