kmail start up very slow since last update

Since last update (4.9.2) kmail takes an awful long time to start. When I start it via konsole it seems to be much faster, for whatever reason. I get following messages. Maybe someone more experienced can explain the meaning of it and if it relates to the problem in anyway.

KGlobal::locale::Warning your global KLocale is being recreated with a valid main component instead of a fake component, this usually means you tried to call i18n related functions before your main component was created. You should not do that since it most likely will not work
