Hostess going down! Stuck with bacon and beer!

As many of you have heard the makers of Twinkies are going out of business.  It doesn't matter who is responsible or how it happened, what matters is what are we going to substitute to help us down the bacon and beer?

Suggestions anyone?

I haven't had any Hostess products for so many years that I can't remember the last time. I like Little Debbie Oatmeal Creme Pies. They may be mostly sugar but at least they have some food value.

I guess if you can't do without the junk food there is always this. Though they are mighty expensive.  Yeah I like Twinkies, but not this much!  Hmmm just think for the 40 Twinkies (4 boxes) sold here that would make each ones cost a mere $75,000.00   Where is Bill Gates when you need him to help out.

A twinkie is a finger like cake snack with a creamy center filling. A snickers bar consists of nougat topped with caramel and peanuts, enrobed in milk chocolate.  A Snickers bars is A.K.A as a Marathon. Snickers was named after a race horse named "Snickers" owned by the Mars family.

I'm not sure what a snicker is.

A Twinkie is basically yellow sponge cake with a sweet creamy filling, kind of like whipped cream but very sweet. When they first were invented, they had a banana cream filling. The price of bananas rose so the switched over to just plain whipped cream.

In the US, we have a candy bar called Snickers which is chocolate covered nougat, caramel and peanuts. They are delicious.

Little Debbie makes something similar to twinkie. Can't remember the name they gave it.

There is a difference between addiction and pure stupidity.  This is stupidity on the part of the bidders.
