Now this is what you call a forklift operator!

This forklift is at least 2 or 3 times larger than the ones I've seen used.
I think he is great.

Can't speak English, but can run a fork truck

Skills as such are never inherited (although I won't be surprised if his father was also a forklift operator) ... but for some, it takes a much shorter time than others to bring the level of the skill to its highest.

Well i have a forklift truck license from a long time ago(expired)and i never did anything like that.
Although i was a dab hand at building an enclosure with returned tv's so me and my workmates could sit inside this enclosure playing poker ect ;D

I went through a full pallet of brand new tv's driving this new forklift, that was the end of me,ended up in packing ;D

Operating machinery, be it a Forklift or a Sewing Machine, is a special talent.

Some "Zen" is involved that few posses.

If you have that "Zen" factor and find the right machine, you can rise to the top of your craft and enjoy that elusive dream,, "loving your job".

I used to run an IBM 3890 36 pocket check sorter.

When everyone else was sorting 50,000 checks per day, I was sorting over 100,000.

I was really good at running a check sorter and I loved that job.

"Sometime between 1980 and about 1987".

Best job I ever had,, even with the low pay.    ;D

3890 check sorter.

Personally, I never had the time to find out if I could do tricks while on a forklift.  The boss always had me running stuff from one end to the other.  Lucky man that he had the time to practice such tricksl
