hello again everyone
I was thinking of installing the latest driver for the nvidia gt650m video card in my laptop but WOW and YIKES the readme for the install is like 40 pages long and i got lost and messed up my install after the first 3 pages. i entered some code too put me in a command line boot mode to disable all x server stuff and

? thats it im lost. system rebooted too command line and i couldnt get the desktops back .
so i had to do a reinstall . so im back up and running.
is there an easier way or better (easier to follow for a newbie) instructions than this
http://us.download.nvidia.com/XFree86/Linux-x86/310.19/README/installationandconfiguration.html id like to get my video card working as well as the optimus/bumblebee/tumbleweed part to help with my battery life , i got long time in windows but short battery life with PCLOS, , i think getting the video working right will help with power consumption. any/all help would be greatly appreciated.
