KDE konsole fonts
« on: November 12, 2012, 08:25:19 AM »
I'm trying to figure out what fonts are available in a
konsole terminal emulator when running KDE.

If I go to Configure My Desktop -> System Administration ->
Font Management, in the bottom right corner, I'm told I have 89
fonts available.  Their names are all displayed.   For example,
for me, the 4th font down from the top is Arial, and there's 4
variations of Arial.

If I go and open a konsole, and edit the current profile
options -> Appearance -> Select Font, there are substantially
fewer fonts available.  For example, Arial is not a choice.

Is there any way I can get more font choices in a konsole?

I hope I'm just missing something obvious....
