SOLVED : Not able to retrieve all packages !

hello guys
i just install pclinuxos kde on my friend pc, after install it i follow these steps to update

but every time when it finish download 209 updates there a window like this



i click NO and i did not try apt-get update and apt-get upgrade becuase this is not  recommended way
what can i do now ?!

You have to click on reload in synaptic, and then try again your update...

i click reload many many times this problem happen before 14 hours, i get some sleep and now before 5 minutes i click reload same problem

Suggestion: wait for the next repository update/sync.

Maybe try a different repo - heanet.ie is normally reliable, and also make sure  only one repo is selected which is the right way to use it. (megagames is the only other repo that can be enabled along with a repo)

There' s nothing wrong so you can use the installed packages.

They sure are having their fair share of issues. Still am seeing the "Connection Refused" when doing some updates to my mirror, especially the 10pm update.
