It seems to me that uncle Eggs is right:

For unknown reason I can't take pictures from this video.

So I'll describe in words:
Beginning:
There's a green light for the crossing zebra and red light for cars. Nevertheless a car crosses it at high speed and at red light and almost hits the man.

0:17
There is a road road sign of crossing pedestrians - look an see!
One machine stops but another doesn't.

Entirely true.

Quote
1:50
This is the most arguable in this video.

There is a bus stopped at the right of the frame.
There in Russia and here in Bulgaria we have a rule - stop if you see a bus at the stop-point. Because of that what you saw...

We don't have that rule, so spontaneously I would have blamed the unlucky pedestrian. But if they have such a rule in Russia the driver was clearly at fault.

Quote
2:40
You see there a car going far out of the road and hitting a man after that.
What else?

I've watched this incident six times and I still have no idea what really happened.

Quote
2:54
You see two young girls crossing the avenue at a green light and a car crossing at red light. And hitting them.

The car is ignoring a red light. Whether the girls should have picked another spot for crossing the street is up for debate. (Since quite a long time all pedestrian crossings are clearly marked where I live, but it hasn't always been so and they still aren't in all parts of the world. But that aside, the car did run a red light, which in most places carries a fine hundreds of times higher than crossing the street where you shouldn't -- even if you don't hit anybody.)

What else you need to see, my friend? :)

I cannot see any sign depicting a crossing point for pedestrians. Would someone please point it out to me?  Maybe I am unfamiliar with the sign type ........ there are definitely no road markings where she stepped into the road ........

What I do see is a woman walking out into the road, without looking at on-coming traffic and causing an ambulance driver to take evasive action.
The ambulance was obviously going fast ........  with headlights blazing ...... yet was able to avoid killing her. Well done that driver!

It's hard to see, in the shot...... the pole next to the spot where the woman steps off the curb.. square blue sign with a white triangle.

Yes, it is a bit fuzzy, but I can't imagine what it could be if not:

There aren't that many road sign with a black figure in a white triangle on a rectangular blue background.

There are no road markings, granted, but then you won't find road markings at all pedestrian crossings in all towns in all countries.

A bit fuzzy?  :D

Maybe my old eyes are not what they should be, 'cause there is no way I can discern what that sign might be.

Also I don't see a similar sign on the other side of the road for traffic from the other direction .......   ???

Accepting that the sign is a pedestrian crossing one, I would comment that it is an accident waiting to happen .........  not a very prominent sign; no lights; no road markings, and apparently no sign for traffic from the opposite direction!
Add to that, the stupidity of the pedestrian looking in the opposite direction to oncoming traffic, and it is a wonder she was not badly hurt.

Yes it seems you are.

First of all the sign is too small for Western people.

The second is - the car almost hitting the pedestrian is an emergency car (in Russia 03).
This means the driver is local man and should and must know what he is doing.

The third is: he sees the car at the right stopping ... and he is not stopping, still he's driving as if he is driving in a desert.

I don't understand the discussion about the sign, maybe because I went a couple of months for vacations to my uncle's farm, no signs on the roads or crossroads, you always looked both sides.

If you failed to do that a grown cousin slapped you in the neck and all made fun of you for two or three days.

You learn fast.
I shall pass this way but once;
any good therefore that I can do,
or any kindness that I can show
let me not defer nor neglect it,
for I shall not pass this way again.

I confirm, the sign is there, but there are no ped x-ing marks on the road. The sign must have been hidden by the van for the driver of the ambulance. Therefore, it neither is the pedestrians fault nor the drivers, but actually the traffic administration's.....  :( :( :(
