Configure your Desktop (KDE CC) - Common Appearance and Behaviour - Shortcuts and Gestures - Custom Shortcuts in left pane and in right pane  Preset Actions - PrintScreen check the Trigger tab .....  it should show "Print" as the shortcut. If not set it to the Prt Scr key.  The Action tab should should show  ksnapshot  as the command.
