Qupzilla is marked as upgradable

Unfortunately it wants to install about 34  -devel packages.

It needs a rebuild I think ......  or is this happening only on my install?

It is packaged incorrectly.  The dev library libQupZilla.so has been included in the runtime package so it will want to pull in all the -devel stuff.
