I did a new installation of PCLOS LXDE but it can't restart

I friends,

I tried the live cd of PCLOS LXDE on a Dell 490 precision but at the end it could not restart...

I had the same problem with an other live cd of the LXDE 2011.06.

I did a new installation of PCLOS LXDE hoping the problem could be solved installing the system but is not possible restart.

Everything seems work, except cpufreq...  and the restart option 

Any idea please?

Did you have lxde-logout installed?
Get you lxde-logout window?

What is happen if you open a terminal, and types restart?

Nothing special... I installed the system, updated and add locale.
With the live cd shutdown.

Everything is ok. I have the window.

The shutdown works fine, but when I do a restart the plymouth theme start but the bar stop the progress after 2 o 3 seconds, at the end I have to do a hard reset pressing 4 sec the button...

Not restart, means reboot, sorry.
Try it as root, and post your result...

Make a reboot, and push immediately "esc" key.

Have you usb-devices connected while booting ?
Then try with usb-devices  unplugged.

yes, I have:

M-Audio Fast Track (is off)
X-Can Pro Headphone amplifier  (is off)
The router
The Epson Stylus SX100  (is off)
The USB keyboard

I umplugged the

I always get that when running a 'live' system but never once installed. Are you getting this even when booting from the hard disc?

Another possibility would be an acpi problem, perhaps.

Today I forget the problem and pressed restart... 

I have a second hard disc, could be this the problem?
