that message says that it updated a nvidia driver but it wasn't being used

also that it couldn't find some mime types or that those were replaced by newer ones

a mime type is basically a list that identifies a type of file, the icon that it uses and the app it can open it afik

nothing broken from what i understand so nothing to fix

do you have a nvidia video card?

I have this same with nautilus , and I don't have nvidia, I use KDE
every time I have like this:
Example I installed:
perl-Gnome2-GConf (1.044-10pclos2009)
perl-UI-Dialog (1.08-10pclos2009)
systeminfo (0.6.3-2pclos2011)

yes, still it refers to a list of mime types, relations between file types, icons and apps opening them

it is not a error itself and it is not being mentioned the nividia driver so no relation

this kind of messages, i have seen them in recent years in many occasions , doesn't matter much really, there is no damage being done, in the worst case a file looses a relation to the app or the icon it should use or show, you can edit properties if the file and give a new icon and select the app that opens it

"Warnings"  are a 'heads-up' to the admin ...  information that is not critical, but informative.

"Errors"  are a different matter entirely. They can have unwanted consequences. Errors should be reported on the forum.

[Blackadam1518]

A launchpad bug report suggests that this is an upstream gnome bug. Probably needs to be fixed there first.

Please put things like command outputs or error messages etc inside [ code ] and [ /code ] tags. This will reduce the page length and help easily locate that content.
