Synaptic problem message
« on: November 10, 2012, 08:52:34 PM »
Hi all.

I am using KDE fully updated as of a day or so ago.

Since then I have tried 4 different repositories and I get the following message/s which vary in their address according to the repository.

http://mirror.internode.on.net/pub/pclinuxos/apt/pclinuxos/2010/base/pkglist.kde4: 404 Not Found

then

W: Release file did not contain checksum information for http://mirror.internode.on.net/pub/pclinuxos/apt/pclinuxos/2010/base/pkglist.kde4

I am not at all sure what to do about it. Also as many have found Digikam is gone and to date I am unclear if this issue has been sorted.

Many thanks for any enlightenment offered.
There is always a way

The forum has a good search function available. This has been posted about multiple times. Using "kde4: 404 Not Found" as the search term, I got 2 pages of results:
