With su works better ( I don't see pixel, but I have only 1 Desktop too )

after selecting that video driver on kde control center(configure your desktop) open workspace appearance/desktop effects/advanced/compositing type set to xrender

When I use last time, after reboot compiz not work because in xorg.conf
Quote
Section "Extensions"
    Option "Composite" "Disable"
EndSection

I don't know why this set up "Disable".
After reboot I I changed my hand Option "Composite"  to "On".

ati radeon 9200 se is a really old video card from ati, it has not been supported by ati or amd since 2008 more or less

you can't use amd/ati drivers with pclinux and this video card

you must use on pclinux control center/hardware/configure video card/vendor/ati/radeon x1950 and earlier

that driver is not working well either but works ok for google earth and most flash videos

after selecting that video driver on kde control center(configure your desktop) open workspace appearance/desktop effects/advanced/compositing type set to xrender

this will not let you use all the effects but some will work, a bit slow but will work, i have that video card and did this to use it on my old desktop pc

there is a old post doing some modifications that gives more aceleration on this old unsupported driver but in my case it didn't worked, this is the post

http://www.pclinuxos.com/forum/index.php/topic,92281.0.html

i think it is time to replace this video card but in my case i'm holding until i can get a amd apu or something similar

In Kwin I have white task bar , and this is not compiz , because cube with this not working and it is not really that clear/transparent

This happens when opening such KSystemLog,
but when I close KSystemLog bar color back to black

Maybe it's not the drivers fault totality?

In KSystemLog I have error adsl ( but I use only dsl ) ,
Quote
and [alsa-sink] alsa-sink.c: Error opening PCM device front:0: Urządzenie lub zasoby zajęte

I find this
http://islandlinux.org/howto/module-alsa-sinkc-error-opening-pcm-device-front0-device-or-resource-busy

$ fuser -v /dev/snd/* /dev/dsp*
                     UŻYTKOWNIK  PID DOSTĘP POLECENIE

latest updates related to packeges that were associated with my mistakes
I am glad that they are always corrected.
I Hope that the errors slowly disappear from the system completely.

It is a pity that there are no parties to submit any bugs,
the same sort of program errors, if you are the same, it will remove them

some errors can be fixed with updates but your video card remains unsupported as i said before and you can do what i mentioned on my previous reply

your video card remains unsupported
I know , but I don't understant
I do not understand why it would not work,
before it was all good
game is working ok, KDE not working correctly - This is strange

In metin not work for me properly,
the grass of the field, the form of the log is in the shade, but everything else is ok.
for other games I don't have problem, I thing so.

I can try use ati driver this not problem.
I have one question
I guess you have an old ATI graphic card,
How works pc-linux on that graphics card?
What driver you use?
Mesa or ati ?

"I do not understand why it would not work"

the ati/amd driver doesn't support the video card anymore, the free xorg driver is supporting only part of the video card, this why it is happening

if accidentally kde by error or the driver gave you partial temporary support, well, it wasn't intentional, if you don't know exactly what happened to reproduce the results, then very little can be done

choose to follow one of my suggestions on the previous reply to solve your problems

good, but know that it is always better to ask, maybe will
the person who finds the cause or lead, and no logs, it is hard to do.
Ati driver , no need work, to work, it must be customized linux
Mesa is an open code, this is probably one package
mesa removes old drivers and then will not work.

This solved my problem:
http://forum.kde.org/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=38828

Quote
1. Quit the application you have a problem with. If it's the desktop in KDE4, execute kquitapp plasma-desktop in a terminal or KRunner.
2. Open your filemanager and enter the URL above (~/.kde4/share/config).
3. It's often smarter to rename or move the files instead of deleting them. In this example, move all files starting with plasma-desktop in the directory to another place (to keep them as backup).
4. Start the application again (run plasma-deskop). The application should start with its default configuration now.

This not solved my all problems, because in new account compiz fusion working without problem, in my account compiz not working properly and not working with start system.
Edit:  Compiz fusion start, but without emeralt or gtk window decorator.
I will have fought.
If I lose,
maybe I move to the new account.

Edit:
After when   I  delete  ~/.config/compiz when I open Compiz Fusion Ikon emerald also run with compiz.
So now emerald working with  Compiz Fusion Ikon.
I put Compiz Fusion Ikon in autostart.
