Setting up Sync Master

Hi guys!, well, here's my problem:
I got a PC, wich has a motherboard with a SIS671 integrated videocard, until here there's no problem because PCLOS include the driver; but I also have a Samsung Sync Master 943nwx, and I want to set it up in a 1440x900 resolution.
The syncronization is horizontal 30 - 81khz, and vertical 56 - 75khz. The optimum resolution is 1440x900@60hz and maximum res. 1440x900@75hz.

This is the modes table:

Can you try use in terminal/konsole (su, #...)

PCLinuxOS Control Centre > Hardware > Configure graphics > Configure Video Card > Monitor.

Select Flat Panel 1440 x 900.

Well... when I set my monitor as Flat Panel 1440x900, the screen becomes black... that's why I think it could be a problem with monitor frequency.

In order, first select the monitor, then the video card driver, and finally the resolution. The driver settings depend on the monitor chosen, so presently, with only the monitor changed, the video card settings are still set for the old monitor. When setting up the video card, if asked whether to use a proprietary driver, choose yes. After that, set the resolution you wish to use.

Sis has not had the best support for Linux in the past. It has been getting better, but the better support has been for newer cards/GPUs, so how well the graphics works depends on the age of the hardware to a great extent.

I'm back... I followed your steps monitor, video card and resolution, but nothing happens, just a black out when I reboot the pc. I already think the monitor and its frequency are the problem.
Could it be an option to edit xorg.conf?
